The annual membership fully covers preventative treatments and can save you up to 20 percent on dental procedures.

There are two convenient ways to pay for your FIRE Card membership:
- Monthly recurring payment via credit card
- Annual one-time payment
Pay your annual FIRE membership in full, and we will give you one month at no cost. Receive a full year of coverage for the price of 11 months. Plans renew annually.
