We need to know about any allergies, sensitivity to anesthetics, and any medications you are taking so we can treat you  safely, effectively, and help you achieve and maintain a healthy mouth and beautiful smile.

HIPPA is a federal regulation that protects your privacy, gives you rights over your health information, and sets limitations on who can receive your health information. We are required by law to maintain the confidentiality of your protected health information.

 We will not release information without your consent. We are allowed to release your information to your insurance company or as necessary to receive payment for our services. This regulation also gives patients certain rights to examine and obtain a copy of their own medical records.
